Privacy Awaits

While I've been busy with setting up the business segment - its directions, structure and manpower, I have been following up with the progress of the branch renovation too.

When I first saw the office space for myself, I was taken aback. It was small, and claustrophobic. Furniture for my staff are refused and so the contractor couldn't seat more staff than it was.

I was taken aback. Why would they spend all the money renovate the exterior but keep the dirty old carpet, tables and chairs and as a result to maximise the backend office space to seat for people? I was lucky in the end that the decision makers finally relented and now the entire back office area is sparkling new with 6 seats!

Can't wait for the moving in. I'd move down and have my little privacy, away from the backstabber. But then again, it does not mean that she will not stop her ways, it's just that I feel more free to do what I want without facing her all the time!
