New Year Tarts

So we three girls decided to be good to prove we've not forgotten our home economics skills.

Karen bought the pineapple fillings, I got all my baking tools, and Irin let out her kitchen for us to use. Baking is fun, more fun when you bake with your girlfriends, and gossip together.

The creations were innovative while the process was funny and self entertaining.

Thanks to Kelvin for his dinner and plastic boxes to keep our pineapple tarts.
