This is a almost 3 week old manicure. Polish is still shiny, colour not chipped. Well, except for the growth of nail at the nail bed, otherwise, it's as good as new.
I had tried gel nails before and wasn't impressed as it still peeled off in less than 2 weeks after I first got it done. The process was also cumbersome and time consuming. I did only once and stopped.
It was recently that I decided to try again after my regular nails parlour recommended a new type of gel nails that I am now totally convinced. The process is just like you would do with your usual manicures/pedicures so it only took me an hour to complete everything, sans the drying time. Best part was of course I could do my pedicure even without an open toe sandals!
As I do not like long nails, I will file it down to keep it short and mind you, the colour stayed intact!
