Inconsiderate Neighbour

I have enough.

This fella at #11-01 is flicking the sheets out of the balcony EVERYDAY, without considering that the dust and dirt from the sheet will get into the homes of the neighbours.

I'm writing a note to them after several attempts to get them to stop.

Now if this continues, I will not hesitate to shame them on social media.
