There are so many things to be done in 2011.
One with lots of uncertainties, opportunities and changes. One can look at it with fear, just like my earlier entry about Flying Fox. As I started 1 Jan 2011 with loads of fear and uncertainty this morning, I'm also starting my personal reminders to improve my own thought processes about things.
I'm glad I have my good friends who often keep my sanity in check, not that I'd prefer to always depend on them as after all, most are married with their own lives to live.
Work is back for me to stay focus on in Y2011. I have a team to take care of. I cannot let them down. I employed them. I have a personal responsibility towards their growth here, so long as they are with me.
I need to stay strong. And focused.
