I am a regular at House, and I love the girls' services there. Not forgetting the thousands I have there for my package.
So when I was informed that House is under revamp to include a wider range of beauty services there (including a florist and a bookshop I think), I was really excited.
The newly revamped place is now called Beauty Emporium, with full suite of products from spa and nails to waxing and brow services.
When I dialed the usual number today, I was disappointed to learn that I have to call a separate number for Nails service, and another number for threading service.
Isn't it suppose to be an Emporium of services? I'd expect to just dial one number for these services. If they are worried about not being able to see appointment book for each services, there are real-time appointment schedules available these days. Just get 2 people to tend to this number so that the counter folks at each service can attend to walk in or guests who are there for the service! Isn't it more streamlined?
Going for my first try at their nail service tonight.
I hope I'm not disappointed further!
