Tran-Qui-Li-Zers
Went to the doctor's and complained to her of my symptoms and work condition.
She prescribed something that would 'relax your mood and you'd feel better'.
Tranquilizers. I know. But I'm not getting them, nor taking them.
It's not good for health. I never prefer western oral medication.

i'm also suspect i'm suffering from bipolar mood disorder. then my another girlfriend also feel she suffer from anxiety disorder. she even printed out the symptons list bring to her office doctor whom laugh it off (so rude!). anyways, so we've been hanging out together and chatting to support each other so we both feel better. haha. its quite hilarious!
Hello! GPs usually know not as much on psychiatric / psychological disorder. Usually the DSM V is used to identify and confirm whether a person has a mental disorder.
There is a checklist and only a diagnosis is confirmed when all the symptoms are present.
Bipolar disorder is serious leh. It will affect your work one. Maybe I pass you my abnormal psych text some day. =)
