Forget Comgateway.com

Forget comgateway. It is one online forwarding company which is totally irresponsible.

Weeks back I ordered some items from Target.com through Comgateway but didn't manage to verify my purchase with them. The items, when received by them, was shipped right to me without any verification.

When I asked if there was a verification done, there was no reply. They merely told me items are shipped, sorry you can't return, please deal direct with vendor. 

This is so different from internationalcheckout.com, where they are able to handle all my international purchases professionally, regardless of how long ago the purchases were made. 

So friends, if you are intending to buy anything online, go www.internationalcheckout.com and not www.comgateway.com. 

Ed, 7 Nov: I received a call today from Comgateway's service assurance manager to salvage the damage. They've agreed to pick up the package and return to Target on my behalf. Ya la! I gave you so many chance to explain and do service recovery you don't want. Until I angry close account then you scramble to call me. Or bi guat.
