Moving Back.

Visited our tenants today due to some issues pertaining to the ceiling. So we had the chance to chat with them a little.

They were full of praise for the development, its convenience to town and Dempsey, and how much they love the place. They were even planning to stroll down to Botanical Gradens for their meals and read the papers after the plumber completes his checks.

So just as we were thinking of taking back the unit for our stay, I believe both of us are now feeling abit soft-hearted... and probably thinking of alternatives.

Our tenants are, after all, nice senior citizens and it's going to be quite disruptive moving again after 1 year's stay.

I'm working hard now to pray for lower property prices.
