I was very impressed with his professionalism, him educating about how my stove is not suitable for LPG and has to be adjusted for, to where the deposit slip
should be kept and sticking it for me at the cylinder.
He also took time to explain to me about the LPG maintenance card and how the authorities might come in to check on the quality of the safety.
Even before he left, he ensure that I could be contacted so that his colleague could come to fix adapt the stove for me to the LPG.
He might only be a LPG deliverman (and a China foreign 'talent'), but his attention to details and patience won me over. How I wish every service staff can be like that in Singapore!

Now that the stove's ready, I was so excited about using it that I decided to stir fry the caixin I left in the fridge for the past 1 week (yes, it was starting to turn yellow!). Found the mushrooms which were left over from my last Pasta meal (3 weeks?) and put them in as well!
Fire's too big, I need time to get used to it, but I'm really happy that the stove's good to use now.
Now's the time to plan for another cooking session!!
Yummy!
