DHC Eye Lash Tonic II

After reading Sunshine Gal's comments, I was also concern about the type of Placental on my lashes. I understand good quality and reliable cosmetic brands that use Placental usually use animal ones (most of the time are sheep's) but after reading the comments, LuxeLass got a bit scared.

So the answer from DHC Corporate Website came. Good news is that it is not human Placental! But for our Malay friends, this is bad news for you.

"Thank you for writing DHC.

Placental protein is a rich source of nutrients, amino acids, and protein. It helps strengthen, condition, and soften skin. DHC's placental protein is derived from a porcine source (pig). Although we use animal ingredients such as placental protein, DHC does not test on animals, whether for ingredient research, development, or actual product testing.
