CIMB Bank offers really high interest rates on its SGD deposits and apparently it is very well-received by the local Singaporeans!
CIMB Bank is an extremely established bank with its Headquarter in Malaysia with government related backing. It has been buying up banks, creating substantial presence in Indonesia and Thailand as well. Apparently, they should have long gotten the QFB if not for some political issues between Singapore and Malaysia.
Nonetheless, this bank is set to imprint its footprint here for good - just look at its deposit rates!
