Ever since I started buying my bridesmaids' dresses from them, I continued to spend quite a bit of money there. I've heard just how bad their services can be, but because each time I do give them business, I felt that it wasn't as bad.
Until lately.
I realised each time when you trying on their clothes, their attitude is extremely good and patient. They spent alot of time on you and are very patient to your demands.
But when you come by to pick up your order the next time, you suddenly become totally transparent. They are oblivious to your existence, take a long time to attend to you, and can be really nasty when you tell them you forget to bring that order slip. I mean, it is not that they do not know me. They do. I never have problems collecting my other orders at other boutiques even when I forget my order slip!
My eyes are finally opened.
So friends, beware of their tricks. There are many other places that sells great clothes.
And I may even start one myself.

same like RMs . Their eyes light up at first sight of the money and their eyes closed after the money is gone, invested. Next , please.
How true! Most RMs are like that, especially those without customer ownership! After all, they are sales people. Most sales people are like that. Their working environment tweak them to be so. But not all sales people are like that. There are nice boutique sales people. There are also good RMs, car sales people, etc etc.
Being bitter about it is pointless. Just open your eyes, like me. I decide to stop going to BLUM. So you stop visiting RMs too! Good luck!
