Take Care.. Take Really Good Care

Following the previous entry about my ex-colleague who passed on, I just want to reiterate that being diagnosed with Cancer is not the end of the world. 

Alot depends on the phase at which the diagnosis is made.

That is why it is extremely important to go for your annual full body check-ups and if you are a woman, plus Pap Smear please. 

If you can spend that $500 on that favourite what-have-you, $500 on your precious health is worth much more.
