Just returned from a very fun trip in Hong Kong with 6 other funny gals.
Observed that the selection in Hong Kong is still better than Europe (except for H&M that is!). Still recall the last time I was in Paris, alot of collections were not as impressive. Seems like Asia is indeed their largest market, otherwise they would not have bothered to spend so much money expanding their network and shop spaces. Hong Kong now has Coach and LV flagship stores for Asia.
This trip was extremely enjoyable because of the companions, but my shopping was quite limited to only some very few pieces because experience has taught me never buy for the sake of buying. (PLUS, I'd spent quite a bomb in Europe already just 2 months back!) And so these days, I buy only item which are not readily available in Singapore. And oh yes, the weather was disappointing too. It was not as cool as I hoped and I only wore my leather boots once.
And I'm happy Lam brought us to that special secret place to get our dose of Prada!!
It was quite a pity that we didn't manage to try their seafood, nor to Macau, because all 7 of us were just too disorganized to make full use of the 4 days there.
But I know deep inside me, even with all these, nothing beats the shopping experience in Europe. I still miss Europe very badly!
