More of nice Nice

Stopped by Longchamp today to get some gifts for friends.

The rest of the day was spent in the room blogging while waiting for Sean to finish his sunbathing. Had popped by the private beach to get him earlier. Too bad I can't enjoy the sunshine now as I want to stay the same way I am for now.

As we packed our luggages today, it appeared that it would be better for us to get an additional luggage to keep the gown, dresses and suit in so that there's space for our own shopping trophies. And then it was dinner at this Shanghai restaurant which serves nice authentic Chinese food.

I suggested checking out the evening Mediterranean seaview and we didn't regret doing that!

Too bad I didn't have my camera with me to capture the beautiful view and activities of people along the beach. There were still people lying on the rocks facing the sea with their friends, while some started a small night market stall selling some cheap-looking bags (all Africans, and I wonder who would buy those bags, really).

Further down towards Hotel Suisse, was even more surprising! Ville de Nice - a big al fresco dining place where hundreds sat to have their seafood dinner in cold dishes. With the restaurants were stalls selling accessories, crafts and knick-knacks.

From the spot where Hotel Suisse is, one can see the entire view of the French Riviera - beautiful and bright.

As we return back to the hotel room now, we're glad we didn't miss this part of Nice. And we begin to love this place a little more.

Maybe we should just have breakfast along the beach tomorrow. It's afterall, our last day in nice tomorrow and we'd be going down to London to catch Emily!!
