I didn't know what got into me 2 weeks back that I went straight into Fitness First at One Raffles Quay and signed up their PT Program. I'd always wanted to try their Kineses Program, which is only offered at ORQ.
Maybe the PT who served me clicked, or because I have too little time left to my deadline on 3 July, I signed up with her despite knowing Kineses Program has ceased, and the only option is Personal Training, where she's incorporate Kineses into it.
And so I was almost $1K poorer (good thing I didn't sign up for the longer version!) and started on a series of love-hate relationship.
Everyday before my Gym, I'd think of excuses of not attending. Cold, Flu, Sick, Headache, Busy, Raining, whatever. And my PT's quite firmed about me attending. And so, I've attended 3 sessions in all, and another 7 more to go.
I don't know if I'd really lose weight after all (they say I'd build muscles, which would be heavier! Which means I'd lose!), or that I'd emerged a toned Valerie. What I know now is I'm suffering from the muscle aches, although I'm more alert now.
Talk about Love-Hate Relationships. Just the contradicting information I have in the paragraph above is enough to tell.
Going for my Session #4 tomorrow morning.
Sigh.
