Sudden Passing

In a span of 3 months, I received two news of death of people I know.

Both are young. Therefore, death was not expected. And the news were sudden.

So I thought about my own death.

How would it be? Which picture would be used? What would be the deco be, and the songs, backdrop, my coffin, etc.

In life, we have many choices, and we made many. However, it's only during funeral that we have totally no say on what we like. And funeral is suppose to be the last stage, and in my opinion, it should be what the deceased like.

So here are my preferences for records.

Picture would be the most pretty one in full colour please. I believe my surviving family members / friends would do a good job.
Fully white theme, in white flowers, white linens, and chairs.
Coffin to be shiny black with silver brass.
Music would be soothing and classical. Of course since it'll be a Buddhism funeral, I'd expect some chimes, chants, and colours. But not too much please.

And I want my friends to write little notes about me as their friend / enemy / colleague / whatever. And to be burnt with me so that I can read them and reflect in the netherworld. I want to know how I have fared in their eyes when I was alive.

That would be my simple funeral.
