It's getting tiring with how things are now, and I do not foresee a good future for the company. Frankly, I really wonder other than the front-line staff, just how many people up there really understand what is happening on the ground?
Of course I can opt to continue stay at where I am. After all, I must admit my basic pay is not shabby at all. And I have a some car allowance too. But then again, do I want to continue this way for the next 3-5 years? The answer is a clear no.
If I do not start the change now, when? When the market picks up again, it'd be too late.
